对玛可河林区发展绿色富民产业的思考

摘　　要：位于青海南部的班玛县玛可河林区,多年来,林区社会经济发展受自然条件、交通限制、牧民思想观念落后等诸多因素影响,林区经济发展较为落后,牧民群众生活水平十分低,贫困人口较多。为实现林区社会经济、生态、民生和谐发展,充分利用林区自然资源和国家重点生态建设项目,发展绿色产业,玛可河林区带动牧民群众脱贫致富,实现生态生产生活良性循环。Over the years,the social and economic development in the forest areas has been affected by many factors,such as natural conditions,traffic restrictions and the lagging ideology of herdsmen,especially in the Banma County Marco River in southern Qinghai Province.The economic development in the forest areas lags behind and the living standards of herdsmen are very low,and more poor people.In order to realize the harmonious development of social economy,ecology and people's livelihood in forest areas,it needs to make full use of the natural resources in forest areas and key ecological construction projects in the country and develop green industries.The Marco Polo forest area will drive the masses of herdsmen out of poverty and become prosperous so as to achieve a virtuous cycle of ecological production and life.
