摘　　要：在全球经济低迷的大背景下,金融市场的开放与监管也成为关注的焦点。上海,作为金融改革的排头兵,首当其冲,其金融服务改革以自贸区为代表。本文主要分析近年来上海金融服务的政策变化,并分析负面清单的变化,最终提出相关政策建议。In the context of the global economic downturn,the opening up and regulation of financial markets have also become the focus of attention.Shanghai,as the vanguard of financial reform,bore the brunt of the reform in its financial services represented by the FTA.This article mainly analyzes the policy changes of Shanghai's financial services in recent years,and analyzes the changes of the negative list,and finally puts forward the relevant policy suggestions.
