摘 要:通过建立劳动力成本与FDI的理论模型,利用2006-2015年制造业数据进行实证分析,判断劳动力成本上升以及市场规模对我国引进FDI的长期与短期影响。实证结果表明,我国现在单位劳动力成本优势仍显著,从长期看来,劳动力成本上升对我国制造业FDI引进具有较强的正向作用。从短期看来,劳动报酬上升与劳动生产率增长之间具有时间差,短期的劳动力成本上升并不会对制造业FDI流入造成负向影响,这表明我国的制造业FDI结构正在优化,并有针对性地提出了相关对策建议。By establishing a theoretical model of labor costs and FDI,the paper uses the manufacturing data from 2006 to 2015 to make an empirical analysis to determine the rising labor costs and the long-term and short-term impact of market size on the introduction of FDI in China.The empirical results show that the unit labor cost advantage of our country is still significant.In the long run,rising labor costs have a positive positive effect on the introduction of manufacturing FDI in our country.In the short run,there is a time lag between the increase of labor remuneration and the growth of labor productivity.The rise of short-term labor costs will not have a negative impact on the inflow of manufacturing FDI.This indicates that the structure of manufacturing FDI in our country is being optimized and targeted Put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
