摘　　要：选取我国30个省市对外贸易数据,从对外贸易活动、科技创新支撑、资源与环境约束等方面构建我国区域对外贸易转型升级评价指标体系,采取因子分析、聚类分析对其区域对外贸易转型升级绩效进行综合评价,并对其绩效进行排序、分类和比较分析,在此基础上为我国区域对外贸易的转型升级提出了相应的对策建议。The data of foreign trade of 30 provinces and cities in our country are selected.The evaluation index system of regional foreign trade transformation and upgrading in our country is constructed from the aspects of foreign trade activities,scientific and technological innovation support,resource and environment constraints.The factor analysis and cluster analysis are used to analyze the transformation and upgrading of regional foreign trade.Comprehensively evaluates the performance,sorts,classifies and compares its performance.On this basis,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of China's regional foreign trade.
