集束化延续性护理对老年髋关节骨折患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察集束化延续性护理对老年髋关节骨折患者的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2017年1月接受切开复位内固定术的老年髋关节骨折患者106例,采用数字表随机法分成两组,每组53例,对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施集束化延续性护理,分别于患者出院时、出院后1个月、3个月比较两组患者的自我效能、自理能力及焦虑情况。结果:集束化延续性护理组患者的自我效能、自理能力明显高于常规护理组,焦虑明显低于常规护理组,并表现出干预方法与时间交互作用(P<0.05)。结论:集束化延续性护理能提高患者的自我效能,改善患者的身心健康,提高患者的自理能力,设计科学合理,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the effect of bundle continuation nursing on the elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2010,106 patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation for hip fracture were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 53 cases,the patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,the patients in experimental group were treated with bundle continuation nursing.The patient's self performance,self-care ability and anxiety were compared after the patient discharge,1 month and 3 months after discharge.Results:The self-efficacy and self-care ability of the patients in the cluster-based continuation group(experimental group)were significantly higher than that in the conventional care group(control group),and the anxiety was significantly lower than that of the conventional care group(control group).And showed the intervention method and the time interaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bundle continuation nursing can improve the self-efficacy of patients,improve the physical and mental health of patients,improve the patient's self-care ability,scientific and reasonable design,worthy of clinical promotion.
