摘  要:介绍齐鲁研究院在甲烷二氧化碳重整制合成气催化材料及工艺研究方面的探索成果。试验结果表明:在压力0.5 MPa、甲烷空速1 500~2 000 h-1、n(CO_2)∶n(H_2O)∶n(CH_4)=1.5∶1.2∶1、入口温度620~650℃、出口温度800~950℃条件下,催化剂均具有良好的活性和稳定性,可获得高一氧化碳含量的合成气,具有广泛的应用前景。Exploration achievements on catalytic material and process research for synthetic gas preparation reformed by methane and carbon dioxide in Qilu Research Institute were described.The experiment results showed that the catalyst possessed good activity and stability,synthetic gas with high carbon monoxide content was obtained,which possessed broad application prospect when the pressure was 0.5 MPa,methane space velocity was 1 500~2 000 h-1,molar ratio of CO 2,H 2O and CH 4 was 1.5∶1.2∶1,inlet temperature was 620~650℃,outlet temperature was 800~950℃.
