胜利减压渣油生产防水卷材专用沥青的开发研究

摘　　要：以齐鲁炼油厂生产的减压渣油为主要原料,可生产符合中华人民共和国建材行业JC/T 2218—2014防水卷材用沥青技术要求Ⅰ型的防水卷材专用沥青。重点对胜利减压渣油生产防水卷材专用沥青的可行性、深拔温度对减压渣油性质的影响、进口油掺炼比例的选择、防水卷材专用沥青的性能和经济效益进行了讨论。用胜利减压渣油直接生产防水卷材专用沥青,不仅可提高产品附加值,且经济效益显著,并降低了齐鲁炼油厂的炼油综合能耗。Special asphalt used for waterproof roll meeting I type material requirement of the China building material industry standard JC/T 2218-2014 was prepared by vacuum residuum from Qilu Refinery as main feedstock.The discussion focused on the following aspects,such as production feasibility of special asphalt used for waterproof roll by Shengli vacuum residuum,effect of deep drawing temperature on property of the vacuum residuum,mixing proportion selectivity of the imported oil,performance and economic profit of the special asphalt used for waterproof roll.The added value of the product was raised by Shengli vacuum residuum producing directly the special asphalt used for waterproof roll,economic profit was obvious,and the comprehensive energy of refining oil of the Qilu Refinery was reduced.
