隔膜电解槽修复技术的改进

摘  要:对齐鲁氯碱厂隔膜电解槽易腐蚀损坏部位原修复技术进行改进。使用自制的修复工装,提高了检修质量和工作效率,节约了成本,并改善了作业环境。隔膜电解槽的运行结果表明,利用改进后的修复技术维修过的电解槽,单槽运行周期明显延长,能耗降低,维修费用降低,并节约了能源,同时提高了经济效益。Improvement on the original repair technology for the easy corrosion and damage part was made in diaphragmelectrolyzer of Qilu Chlor-alkali Plant.The maintenance quality and work efficiency were increased by self-control tool and equipment,the cost was saved and the work environment was improved.The running result of the diaphragm electrolyzer showed that running period of the single electrolyzer was prolonged,energy consumption was reduced,the maintenance cost was seduced,energy source was saved and economic benefit was increased by adopting the improved reprnr technology on the electrolyzer.
