摘 要:目的通过GC-MS对49份可卡因检材进行杂质分析,对不同案件进行串并,推测可卡因生产路线。方法取10 mg可卡因检材溶解于1 m L甲醇中,2 u L进GC-MS分析。比较不同批次毒品间的杂质分布,推测各批次毒品生产路线并进行关联性分析。结果初步将49份可卡因检材分为7批,其中2批检材不含肉桂酰可卡因,推测经氧化过程处理提纯,与其余可卡因检材产地来源不同;其余5批检材均含肉桂酰可卡因,推测这5批基本产地来源一致,都采用重结晶提纯路线。结论本方法根据可卡因杂质信息进行案件的串并,初步推测所缴获可卡因毒品的生产路线。Object To classify and connect different cases through analyzing the impurities in seized cocaine by GC/MS,and to deduce the production routes.Method l0 mg of cocaine was dissolved in methanol,and 2 uL of the solution was analyzed by GC/MS.The distribution of impurities between batches of drugs were compared to deduce the production routes of different batches of drugs and analyze their relevance.Results The cocaine samples were initially divided into seven batches.Two batches don’t contain cinnamoylcocaine that were purified by oxidation process,indicating the different geographical origin from the rest of the drugs.Another five batches all contain cinnamoylcocaine that were purified by re-crystallization.Conclusion Based on the impurities in seized cocaine,this method successfully classified the cases,and provided the information of cocaine's production route.
