从批评话语分析的视角分析转述引语——以《中国日报》对英国曼彻斯特爆炸案的新闻报道为例

摘　　要：本文釆用诺曼·费尔克劳的三维话语分析模式的批评话语分析理论框架,结合定量与定性分析相结合的研究方法,从转述引语方面就《中国日报》对2017年5月23日至6月20日英国曼彻斯特大爆炸的28篇相关新闻报道(总计11803个单词)进行了批评性分析,以探讨新闻记者是如何通过运用转述形式和转述动词,在一定程度上影响读者对事件的看法的;并阐释新闻语篇背后所暗含的意识形态与话语权力关系;同时希望能发现中国新闻记者撰写英语新闻时在转述引语方面的一些特点。With Norman Fairclough's three-dimensional model as the analytic theoretical framework,a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis as the research method,this thesis makes a critical discourse analysis of the 28 news reports from May 23,2017 to June 20,2017 about the English Manchester bombing from China Daily(11803 words in total).We attempt to tnvestigate how journalists tnfluence the readers'view towards events by applying reporting modes and reporting verbs,explore how language is employed by news and how ideology and discourse power come tnto being.Meanwhile,we expect to find out some characteristics about the reporting speech of journalists tn writing English news.
