摘 要:圩区是平原河网地区防洪减灾的工程措施之一,随着全球气候变暖、极端天气的增加,圩区内涝的问题日趋严重。但是,对于圩区内涝的模拟依旧比较棘手,往往需要通过建立水动力模型来研究,而这种方法对资料的要求很高,且比较繁琐,因此亟待一种简便而又有效的手段对圩区内涝情况进行模拟。鉴于上述问题,运用ArcGIS的二次开发,基于水量平衡原理,综合考虑圩区调度以及泵站抽排能力对内涝的影响,实现了通过"体积法"来模拟圩区内涝洪水的淹没情况的研究。经验证,该方法能够比较准确地模拟圩区的内涝情况,对于实际洪水模拟有一定的实用性。The polder is one of the engineering measures using in flood control and hazard mitigation in plain river network region.With the increase of global warming and extreme weather,polder waterlogging problems become increasingly serious.But the simulation of polder waterlogging is still relatively difficult and the hydrodynamic model is often needed in studying.However,this method is more complicated and very demanding for data,so a simple and effective method is urgently needed in polder waterlogging simulation.In view of above mentioned problems,based on the principle of water balance and secondary development of ArcGIS,comprehensively considered the polder scheduling and pumping capability in the situation of waterlogging,the polder waterlogging simulation with the volumetric model is achieved in this paper.It is proved that the method can accurately simulate the polder waterlogging and has a certain practicality for flood simulation.
