摘 要:虚拟水理论为规划环境影响评价研究提供了新视角。本文将虚拟水理论融入战略环境影响评价研究之中,论述了虚拟水战略环境影响评价的必要性,提出了虚拟水战略环境影响评价的内涵、基本原则和相关研究内容,总结了现有虚拟水战略环境影响评价的研究成果及研究中存在的一些问题,并对未来研究的发展方向做出展望。Virtual water theory provides a new perspective for the study of the planning environmental impact assessment.In this paper,the virtual water theory was integrated into the research of strategic environmental impact assessment;the necessity of the environmental impact assessment of virtual water strategy was studied;the connotation,basic principles and relevant research contents of virtual water strategic environmental assessment were put forward;some results and problems of the existing researches were summarized.Finally,development direction of the future research are prospected.
