Investigation on the current status of the medical moral conduct and attitude among the interns engaged in the clinical practice in the Navy General Hospital

摘　　要：目的调查某军医大学实习学员改革强军新形势下对医德医风的认识现状,为医德医风教育提供方向和依据。方法采取整群抽样法,对62名某军医大学2016届实习学员进行自制量表调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果实习学员以90后学员、青年学员为主体,其医学认知不够全面。因此,加强医德医风教育十分迫切。结论建立实习医院、带教、学员队三级医德医风教育体系,是加强实习学员医德医风的有效途径;充分利用医院文化资源,抓好主题教育,是培养医学生高尚医德医风的充分条件和新一代革命军人的必然要求。To investigate the current status in the awareness of current medical moral conduct and attitude among the interns from military medical universities,so as to provide evidence and direction for further education of medical moral conduct and attitude.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the 62 undergraduates of the 2016 graduate class by using cluster sampling method and the self-made scale,and statistical analysis of the obtained results was made in the study.The interns participating in the survey were mostly youngsters and cadets who were born in the 1990s.The awareness among them was obviously inadequate,indicating that it was urgent to strengthen the education on medical moral conduct and attitude.It was an effective way to establish a 3-level medical moral conduct and attitude education system from the aspects of hospitals,teachers and cadet units.Taking full advantage of hospital culture resources and bringing the main theme education into full play were absolute necessities in the moral conduct and attitude education of the new generation of medical students
