摘  要:为了确保马兰矿18506工作面回采期间,南八南九运输大巷不在覆岩破坏范围内,同时也为了顶板及时垮落而不造成其他安全问题,对该矿18506综采工作面进行爆破弱化顶板的设计并进行现场试验。试验表明:初采期卸压放顶不仅可以避免由于顶板垮落步距大而影响南八南九运输大巷稳定性,而且还可以避免18506综采工作面通风困难、上隅角瓦斯浓度高、来压时出现压架与片帮等灾害,对于煤矿安全、高效、可持续开采有着十分重要的意义。In order to guarantee the safety of South 8 and South 9 transportation roadways during the mining of No.18506 working face which usually causes the instability due to the damage of overlying strata in Malan Mine,timely collapse of the mined roof are necessary to avoid other problems related to safety,roof Weakening test are conducted on the site.Tests have shown that pressure relief and roof caving in early mining period avoided the influence of large section roof collapse by distant stepping,ensured the stability of the nearby transportation roadways,other problems such as the difficulty in ventilation in the 18506 face,higher gas concentration in the upper corner of the return airv\ray,rib falling accident were also prevented.The practice is of great significance for the safe,efficient and sustainable mining in the coal mine.
