思美泰在梗阻性黄疸患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察思美泰对梗阻性黄疸患者术后的保肝减黄作用。方法回顾性分析西安市中心医院2016年1月至2017年3月收治的43例梗阻性黄疸患者,随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(23例)。对照组患者术后给予肌酐和维生素C等基础保肝药物治疗,治疗组在上述用药基础上采用思美泰治疗,治疗两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的43.48%(P<0.05)。治疗5、10、14 d,治疗组TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST、ALP水平均明显降低,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论思美泰应用于梗阻性黄疸患者治疗中安全有效,可以改善梗阻性黄疸患者的临床症状和体征及肝功能,降低黄疸指数,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Simeitai on the liver function protection and jaundice mitigation in postoperative patients with obstructive jaundice.Methods The clinical data of 43 cases patients with obstructive jaundice admitted in Xi'an Central Hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were retrospectively analysed,and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=23).The control group was given creatinine,vitamin C and other basic liver drug treatment,while the treatment group was given Simeitai on the basis of the above-mentioned medication The clinical effects between the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 43.48%of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST and ALP significantly decreased in the treatment group at 5,10,14 days after treatment,and those levels in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Simeitai can be effective and safe in patients with obstructive jaundice,and can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the patient's liver function,reduce its jaundice indexes level,which is worthy of promotion and application.
