摘 要:目的研究分析血清百草枯(PQ)浓度在百草枯中毒预后评估中的应用价值。方法选取我院在2016年2月至2017年3月收治的124例PQ中毒患者,对全部入选患者的临床相关资料进行回顾性分析,并依据患者的预后将其分成研究组(死亡患者,60例)与对照组(存活患者,64例),观察对比两组患者各临床生化指标水平、血清PQ浓度及中毒至就诊时间。结果研究组患者的TBIL、ALT、AST、尿氮素及肌酐水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的血清PQ浓度高于对照组,中毒时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在PQ中毒患者的临床治疗中,通过患者入院时的血清PQ浓度及患者中毒时间等对患者的预后情况进行评估具有重要的价值,能够为患者的临床治疗提供指导性意见。Objective To study the application value of serum concentration of paraquat(PQ)in the prognostic evaluation of PQ poisoning.Methods From February 2016 to March 2017,124 cases of patients with PQ poisoning in our hospital were selected,the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,and patients were divided into the study group(dead patients,60 cases)and the control group(survival patients,64 cases)according to the prognosis.The levels of clinical biochemical indexes,serum PQ concentration and poisoning time were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TBIL,ALT,AST,urine nitrogen and creatinine in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum PQ concentrations in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the poisoning time in the study groups was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with PQ poisoning,it is of great value to evaluate the patient's prognosis through the concentration of serum PQ and the patient's poisoning time at admission,which can provide guidance for the clinical treatment of patients.
