抗妇炎胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察抗妇炎胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选择延安大学附属医院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者120例,随机将其分为试验组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组口服阿奇霉素治疗,试验组口服抗妇炎胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。试验组临床症状缓解时间、宫颈修复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率为13.33%,与对照组的10.00%比较,无显著差异(P<0.05)。经过3个月的随访,试验组患者的复发率为1.67%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论抗妇炎胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎,能够缩短临床症状缓解时间及宫颈修复时间,降低复发率,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangfuyan capsules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic cervicitis in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University were randomly divided into experimental group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with azithromycin,the experimental group was treated with oral Kangfuyan capsules combined with azithromycin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 81.67%of the control group(P约0.05).The clinical symptom relief time and cervical repair time in the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 13.33%,which was not significantly different from 10.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate was 1.67%in the experimental group,which was lower than 15.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuyan capsules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of chronic cervicitis can shorten the time of alleviate clinical symptoms and cervical repair time,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the therapeutic effect.
