宽胸气雾剂治疗寒凝气滞型不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宽胸气雾剂治疗寒凝气滞型不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效及对同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法将120例寒凝气滞型不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者给予规范化治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予宽胸气雾剂治疗。比较两组患者疗效及Hcy、hs-CRP水平变化。结果观察组患者治疗显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者Hcy及hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上加用宽胸气雾剂治疗寒凝气滞型不稳定性心绞痛,疗效确切,效果满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kuanxiong aerosol pectoris in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with cold accumulation and qi stagnation and its effect on homocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods A total of 120 patients with unstable angina pectoris with cold accumulation and qi stagnation were randomly divided into control group(with the standardized treatment)and treatment group(with the Kuanxiong aerosol pectoris on the basis of the control group),with 60 cases in each group.The efficacy and the level changes of Hcy and hs-CRP between the two groups were compared.Results The markedly effective rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in the treatment groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine,Kuanxiong aerosol pectoris applied in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with cold accumulation and qi stagnation has exact efficacy and satisfied effect.
