甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮联合化瘀消癥汤治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫瘢痕妊娠采用化瘀消癥汤联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮治疗的疗效。方法选取76例于2015年3月至2016年3月我院接收的子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)患者,随机分为对照组(给予甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮治疗,n=38)与观察组(给予化瘀消癥汤联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮治疗,n=38),观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为86.84%,明显高于对照组的65.79%(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗第7、14天的包块缩小情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的包块消失时间、血β-HCG恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论化瘀消癥汤联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠,疗效显著,安全性好,具有推广价值。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with methotrexate and mifepristone on cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,76 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(giving western medicine treatment,n=38)and observation group(receiving Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with methotrexate,mifepristone treatment,n=38).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.84%,which was significantly higher than 65.79%of control group(P<0.05).At 7 and 14 d of treatment,the mass reduction in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of mass,return time of normal bloodβ-HCG in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with methotrexate and mifepristone has remarkable effect in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy,with good safety and application value.
