摘　　要：沈舒文教授对慢性萎缩性胃炎的中医辨治治疗有着丰富的临床经验和深刻的认识,在长期治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床实践中,提出了脾胃升降失常是慢性萎缩性胃炎的基本病机,从病证结合与三证对应的治疗原则上指导慢性萎缩性胃炎的立法遣方用药规律,补充和完善了消化系统疾病的理论体系及治疗方法,临床疗效显著。Professor Shen Shuwen has a wealth of clinical experience and profound understanding on chronic atrophic gastritis traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,and puts forward that the spleen and stomach disorders is the basic pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis in the the long-term treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.The principle of the combination of disease and syndromes and the three pathogenesis corresponding guides the principle of chronic atrophic gastritis prescription of drug use,complements and improves the theory of digestive system diseases and treatment methods,which has clinical significant effect.
