摘 要:目的探究导致机采血小板采集前、后出现血常规变化的主要原因,准确判断机采时间,以保障机采血小板的质量与献血人员的健康。方法择取2013年8月至2016年9月我站接受机采血小板采集的420例献血者为研究对象,对其机采血小板前、机采血小板10 min内、机采血小板后7 d进行血常规检查,分析血常规检查结果。结果机采血小板10 min内红细胞计数、白细胞计数、红细胞压积、血小板计数、血红蛋白含量水平均显著低于机采血小板前与机采血小板后7 d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);机采血小板前与机采血小板后7 d的血常规测定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论机采血小板前与机采血小板后7 d的血常规检查结果没有明显区别,因此为确保血小板质量良好、保护献血者身体健康,建议将血小板采集的最小时间间隔设为7 d。Objective To explore the main reasons for the blood routine changes before and after apheresis platelet,and to accurately estimat the collection time and guarantee the quality of platelet and the health of blood donors.Methods From August 2013 to September 2016,420 cases of blood donors in our station were selected.The blood routine was tested and analyzed before apheresis platelet and in 10min,at 7d after apheresis platelet.Results The levels of white blood cell count,erythrocyte count,platelet count,hemoglobin content and hematocrit tested in 10 min after apheresis platelet were obviously lower than those tested before apheresis platelet and at 7d after apheresis platelet,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the blood routine test before apheresis platelet and at 7d after apheresis platelet(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference between the blood routine test before apheresis platelet and at 7d after apheresis platelet.Therefore,the shortest time interval of apheresis platelet should be 7 days to guarantee the quality of platelet and the health of blood donors.
