普外科腹腔镜手术中舒适护理的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析普外科腹腔镜手术中舒适护理的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至12月收治的94例普外科腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方式将其分为研究组与对照组,每组47例。对照组行常规护理,研究组基于常规护理行舒适护理。比较两组患者护理后的平均住院时间、平均下床时间、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果护理后,研究组患者的平均住院时间、平均下床时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无患者发生两种及两种以上并发症。结论舒适护理应用于普外科腹腔镜手术中的效果显著,可缩短住院时间与下床时间,降低并发症发生率,提升患者护理满意度,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of comfortable nursing on laparoscopic operation in general surgery department.M ethods A total of 9 4 patients with laparoscopic surgery were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 4 7 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care.The study group received comfortable nursing on the basis of routine care.The average hospitalization time,average out of bed time,nursing satisfaction and complications rate were compared between the two groups.R esults After nursing,the average hospital time and average out of bed time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and no two or more complications occurred in one patient.C onclusion Comfortable care has significant effect on laparoscopic surgery in general surgery department,which can shorten the hospitalization time and out of bed time,reduce the complications rate,and improve the patients'nursing satisfaction.It is worth to promote in clinical nursing.
