摘  要:为方便船舶管理公司科学合理地进行船员选派,利用灰色关联分析法建立船员选派模型。在现有文献中关于船员适任性评价的基础上对影响指标因素重新划分,利用熵权法确定指标权重以消除主观因素过重的缺陷。以某船舶管理公司从4名待派船员中选派1名船员为实例,验证该模型在船员选派方面的合理性与实用性。该模型能够为船舶服务机构及管理部门船员选派提供决策支持。In order to make ship management companies select crew more scientificly and reasonablely,the gray relational analysis method is used to establish the crew selection model.Based on the crew competency evaluation in the existed references,the influencing index factors are redistributed,and the weights of indices are determined by the entropy weight method to eliminate the defect of subjective factor overweight.A ship management company selecting one seafarer from 4 seafarers is taken for example to verify the rationality and practicability of the model in the crew selection,which shows that the model can serve ship service agencies and ship management departments to provide decision support for crew selection.
