摘　　要：为优化应急物资的资源配置,最大化零售商的利润,引入突发事件可控性系数和应急物资需求率弹性系数,构建反映突发事件响应期和恢复期特征的两阶段需求率函数,建立两阶段应急物资库存模型,研究突发事件可控性和应急物资需求弹性对零售商订货批量和利润的影响规律。运用最优性原理分析应急物资最优订货批量、最佳订货周期和零售商最大利润的存在性问题。通过数值分析提出突发事件影响下应急物资的库存管理策略。To optimize resource allocation of emergency materials and maximize the profit of retailers,the controllability coefficient of emergencies and the demand rate elasticity coefficient of emergency materials are introduced,two-stage demand rate functions are built to reflect the characteristics of the response period and the recovery period of emergencies,and a two-stage inventory model of emergency materials is established.The influence of the controllability of emergencis and the demand elasticity of emergency materials on the order quantity and profit of retailers is studied.By the principle of optimality,the existence issues of the optimal order quantity,the optimal order cycle period and the maximum profit of retailers are analyzed.Through numerical analysis,the inventory management strategies of emergency materials under influence of emergencies are proposed.
