摘  要:借助扫描电镜和透射电镜分析了杜邦卡普顿100CR耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜的结构,结果表明杜邦100CR薄膜呈现夹心结构,掺杂的片状无机组分主要集中在表层,掺杂厚度约10μm;表层进行无机组分掺杂的优点在于借助无机物良好的电晕阻隔效果来阻挡电晕放电向纵深发展,进而改变电晕的破坏方向;当表层有机质被电晕破坏殆尽时,表层的无机物可以迅速的塌陷形成无机物堆砌,堆砌在薄膜表面形成了屏蔽层,对内部的有机质形成了良好的保护作用;随着表面无机物的堆砌、塌陷,在这个过程中会形成大量的空洞,而形成了隔热保护层,阻隔了电晕放电产生的热量对薄膜内部的影响,防止了热击穿的提前发生,从而提高了薄膜的耐电晕性能。The structure of DuPont 100 CR corona resistance polyimide film was observed by using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscope.The results showed that the DuPont 100 CR film had a sandwich structure and the doped inorganic flakes were mainly concentrated in the surface layers which thickness was about 10μm.The advantage of inorganic component doping in the surface layers was to prevent the corona from developing in depth by virtue of the good corona-resistant features of the inorganic material and changed the direction of the corona destruction.The inorganic component can collapse rapidly and form inorganic layer and pile up on the surface of the film to form a shielding layer while organic matter in the surface was destroyed by corona,which had a good protective effect on the organic matter in the interior.A large number of pores were formed with the piling and collapsing of inorganic component in the surface,which can perform as a heat insulation layer to block the heat generated by corona discharge and reduce its influence on the interior of the film and prevent the occurrence of thermal breakdown in advance.Thus,the corona resistance of the film was improved.
