摘 要:在船舶电力系统中集成并网型太阳能光伏系统,当传统恒功率(PQ)控制策略光伏逆变器与船舶电站并联运行时,存在惯性小、阻尼低且不易实现光伏能量合理调度等问题。针对PQ控制策略存在的缺陷,提出一种基于虚拟同步发电机(Virtual Synchronous Generator,VSG)的光伏并网逆变控制策略,在控制算法中引入功-频下垂特性和虚拟转动惯量,使并网逆变器具有与同步发电机相似的输出下垂特性及惯性阻尼;利用PSCAD/EMTDC建立船舶光伏电-船电并网电力系统仿真模型,分别对PQ和VSG模式下的电网频率/电压波动、光伏并网逆变器和同步发电机组承担的有功功率/无功功率进行分析,研究系统参数的暂态变化。结果表明:采用VSG控制策略能有效抑制系统频率波动,实现光伏并网功率的自动调节,并显著提高电网的稳定性。With the integrated application of grid-connected photovoltaic(PV)system in traditional marine electric power systems,the solar PV inverter which adopts the conventional constant power(PQ)control strategy having some inevitable problems when in parallel operation with ship power station,such as low damping,low system inertia and difficulty in achieving rational energy management.Aiming at the shortcomings of PQ control strategy,a kind of innovative control strategy of Virtual Synchronous Generator(VSG)is proposed for PV grid-connected inverter.The virtual rotational inertia and power-frequency droop characteristics are introduced into the control algorithm,so that the output droop characteristics and inertial damping of the inverter are changed as if it were a real synchronous generator.The integrated simulation model of photovoltaic ship power system is established under the environment of PSCAD/EMTDC.In order to study the transient stability of this integrated power system,the grid frequency/voltage fluctuation of the inverter and synchronous generator,the grid frequency/voltage fluctuation and active/reactive power output,are analyzed with PQ and VSG control strategy respectively.The results show that the VSG control strategy can effectively suppress system frequency fluctuation,achieve automatic adjustment of the PV grid power,and improve stability of the grid.
