摘 要:为使船舶在遇险后能得到及时、快速、有效的救援,根据遇险船舶的类型、可提供的救助船舶的性能和当时的水文气象条件,建立救助船舶模糊相似优先比模型来选择最合适的救助船舶参与救助行动。以人命救助时选择救助船舶来确定优选指标,应用绝对距离构建单个指标模糊相似优先比矩阵,通过λ-截矩阵确定单个指标的待选船舶方案与最优船舶方案的相似程度次序,根据各指标的优选结果对所有待选船舶方案进行综合排序优选。实例结果符合实际救助工作的要求,从而验证将模糊相似优先比模型应用到海上救助船舶的优选上是合理的、有效的。To make the ship in distress get timely,rapid,effective rescue,the most suitable salvage ship should be sent.For that purpose,the fuzzy similar priority ratio model of salvage ships is set up based on the types of the ship,available performance of salvage ships,and hydrology-weather condition,so as to ensure the best choice of assistance is provided in the rescue activity.The principle is that saving life has the highest priority.A single index matrix of fuzzy similarity priority ratio is established according to the absolute distance to determine the similarity degree sequence of ship scheme concerning single indicator.The comprehensive ranking of all alternative ship schemes,which is to guide the ship choice,are found based on all the indicators.The method is verified in practical tasks.
