摘　　要：以某台架试验的四缸柴油机为例,针对其运行过程中主轴承盖螺栓产生的断裂问题加以分析与探讨,进一步明确导致螺栓断裂失效的具体原因,以期提高螺栓质量,降低螺栓断裂失效问题的发生几率。Taking a four-cylinder diesel engine with a bench test as an example,the fracture problem of the main bearing cap bolt during its operation is analyzed and discussed,and the specific cause of the bolt failure is further clarified in order to improve the quality of the bolt and reduce the bolt fracture.
