踝关节融合术对足踝严重创伤性关节炎的治疗效果及预后分析

摘　　要：选取足踝严重创伤性关节炎患者100例,时间为2016年1月—2017年1月,按照治疗方案的差异分组,对照组实施开放踝关节融合术治疗,实验组实施关节镜下微创踝关节融合术治疗,对比2组足踝严重创伤性关节炎患者治疗结果的差异性。实验组术后6个月的骨性融合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后1年的AOPFAS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明足踝严重创伤性关节炎患者接受关节镜下微创踝关节融合术治疗,能够改善其足踝功能。A total of 100 patients with severe traumatic arthritis of foot and ankle were selected from January 2016 to January 2017.According to the differences in treatment protocol,the control group was treated with open ankle arthrodesis,and the experimental group was performed arthroscopically.Ankle joint arthrodesis was used to compare the treatment results of patients with severe traumatic arthritis in two groups.The rate of bone fusion in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The AOPFAS score at the 1st year after surgery in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).It shows that patients with severe traumatic arthritis of foot and ankle underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive ankle arthroplasty can improve their ankle function.
