摘　　要：黑龙江的冰雪体育文化是四季体育文化中最重要的一项。无论是对推进经济建设,还是提升城市人民的精神文化,甚至提升本省的核心竞争力都有非常重要的意义。从冰雪体育文化与城市经济发展之间的关系、与城市文化建设之间的关系入手,论述城市形象标志、文化传播等,发现冰雪体育文化对城市建设、经济建设以及人文生活的重要作用。The ice-snow sports culture in Heilongjiang is the most important one in the sports culture of the four seasons.Whether it is to promote economic construction,or to enhance the spiritual culture of the people of the city,or even to enhance the core competitiveness of the province,it is of great significance.From the aspects of the relationship between the sports culture of ice and snow and the economic development of the city,and the relationship between urban cultural development and urban image signs and cultural communication,it is found that ice sports culture plays an important role in urban construction,economic construction and humanistic life.
