数字出版与电子出版、网络出版关系的再认识

摘　　要：国家"十三五"规划纲要提出要重视数字出版。对数字出版与电子出版、网络出版关系界定不准会造成对数字出版理解的误区,影响数字出版的健康发展。通过解读数字出版及相近名词电子出版、网络出版的概念,分析"数字化""网络化""在线"等关键词后发现:存储数字信息的电子出版中,不具备网络传播特征者,不属于数字出版;数字出版中,不具备"在线"或"来自网络"特征者,不属于网络出版。China’s“13th Five-Year”points out that we should pay attention to digital publishing.The study finds that the wrong definition of the relationship between digital publishing and electronic publishing and network publishing will lead to misunderstanding of digital publishing and affecting the healthy development of digital publishing.Through the interpretation of digital publishing and similar terms electronic publishing,network publishing concept,and the analysis of the key words,such as“digitalization”“networking”and“online”,we find that in electronic publications that store digital information,those who do not have network communication characteristics are not digital publications;in digital publications,there is no characteristics of“online”or“coming from the network”
