摘　　要：目的了解新兵基础训练期腕尺侧疼痛的发生情况,为制订预防干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用询问病史、查体、调查问卷方式对某部2016年度参加基础训练的1311名新兵进行腕尺侧疼痛的调查。结果某部1311名新兵共有65例因训练伤引起腕关节疼痛,总发生率为4.96%,其中腕尺侧疼痛58例,占总人数的4.42%,占腕关节训练伤的89.23%。入伍训练第3周病例逐渐增多,第11周达到高峰;前3位的致伤科目是单双杠、俯卧撑、投弹。主要致伤因素分别为训练强度过大、技术动作掌握不足,以及热身或放松不充分。结论腕尺侧疼痛发生率较高,应当引起重视。合理的训练安排及科学施训是预防腕尺侧疼痛的重要措施。Objective To study the incidence of ulnar-sided wrist pain of PLA recruits during basic military training and provide data for preventive interventions.Methods A survey of ulnar-sided wrist pain was conducted in 1311 PLA recruits during basic military training in 2016 through inquiry about previous diseaes,physical examination and questionnaires.Results A total of 65 cases of wrist joint pain occurred due to training injuries in 1311 recruits.The total incidence was 4.96%.58 cases were ulnar-sided wrist pain,accounting for 4.42%of the total number and 89.23%of cases of wrist injuries.The incidence increased gradually from the 3rd week,and reached the peak in the 11th week.The top three injury-causing items of training were single parallel bars,push-ups and grenade throwing.Injuries were mostly due to high intensity of training,lack of technical skills and insufficient warm-up activities or relaxation.Conclusion The incidence of ulnar-sided wrist pain is high and deserves more attention.Appropriate training programs and proper training are important for preventing ulnar-sided wrist pain.
