摘 要:目的探讨适合基层医院花粉症诊断的方法。方法对筛选出的70例花粉症患者分别进行常见植物花粉致敏原的SPT和sIgE水平检测。采用Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test比较SPT法与血清sIgE测定对花粉症患者诊断的分级。结果花粉症患者SPT与血清sIgE阳性反应率结果相同,蒿属花粉排序首位。Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test比较:Z=-6.281,P<0.01。提示SPT具有更好的分级效果。sIgE水平在花粉症患者的不同时期会发生变化。结论 SPT与血清sIgE检测是花粉症诊断的重要方法,其中变应原SPT更适合基层医院诊治花粉症工作的普及开展。Objective To study a diagnostic method for hay fever that is suited to grass-roots hospitals.Methods Seventy patients with hay fever were selected and subjected respectively to the trigger skin prick test(SPT)and serum specific antibody detection(sIgE)of common plant pollen.Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test was used to compare the classification of hay fever patients by SPT method and by serum sIgE determination method.Results Skin prick test and serum SIgE had the same positive reaction rate.Artemisia pollen ranked first.According to Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test comparison,Z=6.281(P<0.01),suggesting that SPT had better classification effect.sIgE levels varied in different periods of hay fever.Conclusion SPT and serum sIgE detection are important methods for hay fever diagnosis.SPT is more suitable for grass-roots hospitals.
