安徽洪灾救援行动中参战官兵皮肤病发生情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解2016年安徽洪灾救援行动中,参战官兵的皮肤病疾病谱构成特点和规律,为部队洪灾救援过程中控制皮肤病提供切实可行的预防对策,为医疗资源的合理配备提供依据。方法采用国际疾病分类方法(ICD-10)进行统计分类,建立疾病谱,统计参战官兵各类皮肤病发生的相关指标。结果 736例罹患皮肤病的抗洪官兵中,变态反应性皮肤病最多,达287例,占39.0%;其次为真菌性皮肤病119例,占16.2%;物理性皮肤病77例,占10.5%;细菌性皮肤病76例,占10.3%,显著高于其他各类疾病;在所有皮肤病种中,湿疹发病例数高达139例,占18.9%,高居首位;足癣次之,66例,占9.0%,位居第二;毛囊炎高发,63例,占总构成比的8.6%,位居第三。痱子和日晒性皮炎在前十天高发。有6.8%的皮肤病官兵合并2种皮肤病感染,以变态反应合并真菌或细菌感染居多。结论安徽洪灾救援参战官兵皮肤病发生疾病谱多元化、分散化,皮肤病的防治要针对病因,措施精细化。Objective To investigate the occurrence of dermatosis among military rescue personnel during the flood in Anhui in 2016 in order to propose feasible measures of prevention and improve the allocation of medical resources.Methods International classification methods were used to classify the disease before the types and components of dermatosis were analyzed.Results Among the 736 cases of dermatosis,there were 287 cases of allergic skin diseases,accounting for 39.0%,followed by fungal skin diseases(119 cases)that accounted for 16.2%,physical skin diseases(77 cases)that accounted for 10.5%,and by bacterial infectious skin diseases(76 cases)that accounted for 10.3%.The incidence of these skin diseases was significantly higher than that of other types of dermatosis.There were as many as 139 cases of eczema,accounting for 18.9%and ranking first,followed by tinea pedis(66 cases),accounting for 9.0%,and by folliculitis(63 cases),accounting for 8.6%of the total.Although the data of the first ten days was missing,the survey found a high incidence of prickly heat and sunburn in those ten days.6.8%of these patients of dermatosis were infected with two types of skin diseases,mostly allergy complicated with fungal infections.Conclusion The spectrum of dermatosis among these flood rescuers is pluralistic.Prevention and control measures of dermatosis should be detailed and specific according to the causes of disease.
