摘 要:特种石墨尾料具有低灰分、较高的石墨化度和较大的碳微晶尺寸等特点,有望用于锂离子电池的负极材料。通过XRD、SEM和比表面分析仪对特种石墨尾料石墨化处理前后样品的微观结构进行了分析对比,评价了其电化学性能,探讨了特种石墨尾料用于锂离子电池负极材料的可行性及对其进行石墨化处理的必要性。结果表明,特种石墨尾料可以直接用作低端负极材料的生产原料;经过高温石墨化处理后,负极材料的循环性能、首次库仑效率和可逆容量均得到不同程度提升,应用范围进一步扩大。For its lower ash content,higher degree of graphitization and larger carbon crystallite size,the special graphite tailings promise to be an anode material for lithium-ion batteries.The morphology and microstructure of the special graphite tailings before and after graphitization treatment were characterized by XRD,SEM and surface area analyzer,and the electrochemical performances were investigated by constant current charge-discharge tests at different charge/discharge rates,to evaluate the feasibility of the special graphite tailings as the anode material and the necessity of graphitization treatment.The results show that the special graphite tailings can be used as the anode material for lower-end market,while its application can be widened by graphitization treatment for the positive influence on the cycle performance,the coulombic efficiency and the reversible capacity.
