摘　　要：介绍了SYZX75型绳索取心液动潜孔锤在福建多类型矿区的钻进试验和对该工艺在不同矿种、不同地层适用性方面的系统对比分析。实践表明,该工艺在福建煤田及多类型金属矿的地层中应用具有广泛的适应性,在提高钻进效率、硬脆碎地层采取率及延长钻头寿命等方面都取得了较好的应用效果。在此基础上总结出SYZX75型绳索取心液动锤不同类型矿区(地层)的适用性,形成了较为完整的技术体系。This paper introduces the drilling test of SYZX75 cored coring DTH hammer in Fujian multi type mining area,and compares and analyzes the applicability of the technology in different strata and different strata.Practice shows that the technology has wide adaptability in Fujian coalfield and multi type metal deposits.It has achieved good application results in improving drilling efficiency,improving the rate of hard brittle fracture formation and prolonging the life of drill bits.The applicability of different types of mining areas(strata)has been summed up,and a more complete technical system has been formed.
