摘 要:通过冬季冰上教学活动,提高学生的健康体适能,使其健康状况、学习效率和生活质量得到改善。针对高校女大学生对滑冰课程的参与积极性低于男生这一问题,运用实验、问卷与教师谈话等多种方法,了解女大学生的健康体适能、滑冰运动的兴趣,通过对比实验前后的测试数据,实验后女大学生在心肺耐力、肌力和肌耐力、柔韧素质都得到显著性改变。实验结果表明课内外互相结合的滑冰练习对女大学生的健康体适能指标产生会产生积极的影响,这为高校一线体育教师引导女大学生积极参与滑冰运动提供可资借鉴的依据,使女大学生对滑冰运动改善其健康状况有了正确的认识,激发了体育课学习的兴趣。Through the teaching activities on the ice in winter,the undergraduates^ealthy physical fitness can be improved,which will result in their improvement of health,learning efficiency and life quality.Aiming at the problem of female undergraduates’less enthusiasm in skating course than boys,with the methods of experiments,questionnaires and teacher talks,the paper discusses the female undergraduates^nterest in healthy physical fitness and skating,and finds out their significant change in cardio-respiratory endurance,muscular strength,muscular endurance and flexibility after the experiment based on the experimental data contrast.The experimental results show that the combination of curricular and extracurricular skating exercises will have a positive effect on their indicators of healthy physical fitness.It may be as a reference for the front-line physical education teachers to guide the female undergraduates^ctive participation in skating so that they can correctly understand the effect of skating on improving their health and can be stimulated more interest in physical education.
