摘　　要：为满足铸造专业教育教学需要,设计制作了一种消失模铸造模型。该模型由可抽负压的专用砂箱、负压系统和振实台等组成,具有制作精良、演示过程清晰直观、可视性好等优点。在消失模铸造教学的应用过程中,能够使学生清楚观察到消失模铸造的整个工艺过程,调动了学生学习专业知识的积极性,取得了良好的教学效果。In order to meet the needs of education and teaching in casting major,an lost foam casting model is designed and manufactured.The model is composed of special flask that can pump negative pressure,negative pressure system and vibrating platform,which has the advantages of excellent production,clear and intuitive process demonstration and good visibility.In the application of lost foam casting teaching,it can help students clearly observe the whole process of lost foam casting,arouse students'enthusiasm of learning professional knowledge and obtain good teaching effect.
