摘　　要：目的:对产科联合重症监护室(ICU)抢救危重症孕产妇的病因及治疗效果总结。方法:使用回顾性分析法,将2007年3月至2017年3月采用产科联合重症监护室(ICU)抢救方式的243例危重症孕产妇临床资料视为观察组研究对象,将在同时期正常分娩的240例孕产妇视为对照组。分析其病因、影响抢救的因素。结果:观察组患者主要病症为产科出血、重度子痫前期及子痫、妊娠合并重症肝脏疾病;危重症孕产妇正规产检率明显低于正常分娩产妇(P<0.05);抢救成功率较高。结论:为有效保证危重症孕产妇的生命安全,降低危重症孕产妇发生率,需要不断加强并完善孕产妇围产期保健工作,需及时转入ICU联合治疗。Objective:To summarize the etiology and treatment effect of obstetric combined intensive care unit(ICU)in rescue of critically ill pregnant women.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 243 critically ill pregnant women with obstetric intensive care unit(ICU)rescue mode from March 2007 to March 2017 as an observation group.In the same period 240 pregnant women went through normal delivery were selected as a control group.Analysis of the etiology,and the factors that affect the rescue.Results:The main symptoms of the observation group were obstetric hemorrhage,severe preeclampsia and eclampsia,pregnancy complicated with severe liver disease.The rate of regular maternity check-up in critically ill pregnant women was significantly lower than that of normal delivery women(P<0.05).The rescue success rate was high.Conclusion:In order to effectively guarantee the life safety of critically ill pregnant women and reduce the incidence of critically ill pregnant women,it is necessary to continuously strengthen and perfect the perinatal health care of pregnant women.A prompt transfering to ICU for combination therapy shall be conducted as necessary.
