摘 要:尽管商业银行的零售业务主要以储户个人与小微企业为客户群体,在存贷款规模与利润贡献方面难以与对公业务相提并论,但是商业银行的零售业务大都具有风险较低、收益稳定、成本消耗低等优势,因此,零售业务已经成为各家商业银行越来越关注的领域。尤其是近年来随着互联网、大数据、云计算等高新技术的不断发展,互联网金融正呈现出异军突起的发展趋势,这对商业银行传统模式的零售业务造成了不容忽视的冲击。基于此,本文主要针对近年来商业银行在开发创新零售业务过程中面临的困境进行了探讨分析,然后提出了关于如何加快推进商业银行零售业务产品设计和服务创新方面的对策建议。Although the retail business of commercial banks in Small and micro businesses and individual depositors for customer groups,the contribution of the loan scale and profit is difficult to match Corporate Banking Services,but the retail business of commercial banks have low risk,stable income,low consumption cost advantage,therefore,the retail business has become the commercial more and more attention in the field of view of the bank.Especially in recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of Internet,big data and cloud computing,Internet finance is showing the trend of Japanese army's protuberance,which has a great impact on the traditional retail business of commercial banks.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses and analyzes the difficulties faced by commercial banks in developing innovative retail business in recent years,and then puts forward some suggestions on how to speed up product design and service innovation in retail banking business.
