农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款模式探究——以吉林省抚松县为例

摘　　要：本文根据抚松县的实际情况分析,基于浙江丽水的林权抵押贷款模式与宁夏同心县的土地抵押贷款模式,针对于抚松县现行土地承包经营权抵押贷款模式存在的问题,提出了“土地抵押贷款+农村担保合作社”(MLC)模式,为完善吉林省农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款模式提出具体策略。Based on the actual situation of Fusong County,based on the forest right mortgage model in Lishui of Zhejiang and the model of land mortgage loan in Tongxin County of Ningxia,this paper puts forward the model of"land mortgage loan and rural guarantee cooperative"(MLC)in order to perfect the rural land contract management right in Jilin Province in order to solve the existing problems of the current land contract management right mortgage loan model in Fusong county.The mortgage loan model puts forward specific strategies.
