金融支持农村特色经济规模发展的方式探索——以扶余市杂粮市场为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着国家"普惠金融"的提出,金融在支持"三农"、服务"三农"和推进农村经济发展中发挥了重要作用。在国家政策引导下,金融机构不断加大了对农村地区金融服务的支持力度,创新金融服务,改进支付产品,拓宽信贷投放,为农村特色经济规模发展提供有力支撑。本文以扶余市杂粮市场为例,阐述农村特色经济规模发展现状、存在问题,并提出金融支持方式探索。In recent years,with the proposal of the state"inclusive finance",finance has played an important role in supporting"three farmers",serving"three farmers"and promoting rural economic development.Under the national policy guidance,financial institutions constantly increased the support for rural financial services,innovated financial services,improved payment products,broadened the supply of credit,providing strong support for the scale development of rural characteristic economy.This paper describes the current situation and existing problems of the scale development of rural characteristic economy,and puts forward the exploration of financial support,take the grain market in Fuyu city for example.
