境外发行塑料钞票的经验及对我国的启示

摘　　要：塑料钞票已逐渐被越来越多的国家和地区接受,未来将成为货币的重要构成部分,但塑料钞票要完全取代纸币仍面临着诸多的困难。本文对澳大利亚、英国、加拿大、香港等多个国家和地区发行塑料钞票的做法和经验进行了归纳整理,针对塑料钞发行使用中存在的问题提出了相关建议,为我国发行塑料钞票提供借鉴参考。Plastic banknote has been accepted by more and more countries and regions,and will become an important part of currency in the future.However,it is still facing many difficulties to replace plastic banknotes completely.The Australia,Britain,Canada,Hongkong and other countries and regions issued plastic money practices and experiences are summarized,the plastic note issued the use of the existing problems and puts forward related suggestions,for our country to provide reference for issuing plastic money.
