摘  要:机构自由度计算中经常出现易混淆概念、难点问题,结合实例分析研究了平面机构自由度计算中的常见公式变化、可变自由度机构的设计原理及工作特点。针对自由度计算难点、各种约束施加及其形成的变化作一些探讨,对正确理解、计算自由度做出帮助,为创新优异新型的机构、避免误算提供了一条有效的途径。Confused concepts and difficult problems usually could be found in the degree of freedom of mechanism calculation.Common formula changes in the planar freedom degree mechanism calculation degree of freedom in planar mechanism,mechanism design formation principle and work characteristic of variable freedom degree mechanism were analyzed with the combination of some instances.The freedom degree calculation difficulties and various kinds of imposed constraints and formation change were investigated with an aim of offering help for correct understanding and freedom degree calculating,and providing an effective way to innovate excellent new mechanism and to avoid miscalculation.
