摘 要:为比较人工配合饲料和冰鲜鱼对池塘养殖大口黑鲈生长速度、鱼体生理健康的影响,以池塘养殖大口黑鲈为试验对象,在临近的2口池塘分别投喂人工配合饲料(池塘水面积9×667m^2)和冰鲜鱼(池塘水面积10×667m^2)157 d、162 d。养殖过程中,定期打样采集大口黑鲈的体长、体质量数据;试验结束时,采集血清进行血清生化指标的测定。结果表明:2种投饲对大口黑鲈的体长、体质量与养殖时间的回归方程基本一致,而体长、体质量的特定生长率则是饲料养殖的大口黑鲈略大于冰鲜鱼组的结果;冰鲜鱼养殖的大口黑鲈出现营养过剩、存在发生营养过剩性疾病(如脂肪肝)的可能性。试验结果表明:使用人工配合饲料养殖大口黑鲈是一种值得推广的池塘生产方式。In order to compare the effects of diet and chilled fish on the growth speed of largemouth bass in ponds and the physiological health of fish,the study was conducted.Diet(9×667m2 of pond area)and chilled fish(10×667m2 of pond area)were fed for 157 d and 162 d respectively in two adjacent ponds.In the course of farming,the body length and weight data of largemouth bass were collected and proofed regularly.At the end of the experiment,serum were collected for serum biochemical determination.The results showed that the regression equations of body length,body weight and culture time of two kinds of feeding on the largemouth bass were the same basically.However,the specific growth rate of largemouth bass fed diet in body length and weight was slightly larger than that fed frozen fish.Largemouth bass fed chilled fish had a surplus of nutrients and had the possibility of occurring nutritional excess diseases such as fatty liver.The experimental results also showed that the pond production by using diet for largemouth bass culture is worth promoting.
