蚌龄和模核规格对褶纹冠蚌附壳造型珍珠培育的影响

摘　　要：为了提高褶纹冠蚌附壳造型珍珠培育的质量和效益,采用不同蚌龄褶纹冠蚌和不同规格复合造型模核进行了附壳造型珍珠培育实验。蚌龄分别为2、3、4和5龄,模核规格分别为32 mm×26 mm、36 mm×26 mm、40 mm×26 mm和44 mm×26 mm。结果表明,3龄蚌和5龄蚌分别具有最高和最低珍珠层厚度,分别为1.68 mm和1.32 mm。规格32 mm×26 mm和44 mm×26 mm模核具有最高和最低留核成珠率和优质珠率,分别为88.0%和34.9%以及71.0%和25.9%。蚌龄2龄壳长15~16 cm的褶纹冠蚌合适的模核规格为长32~36 mm,宽26 mm,厚度小于12 mm。Experiments were carried out to evaluate the effect of host mussel age and nucleus size on the blister production,with an aim to increase the quality and profit of blister pearl production by Cristaria plicata.The age of host mussel was involved in 2,3,4 and 5 years old,respectively.The nucleus size was 32mm×26mm,36mm×26mm,40mm×26mm,and 44mm×26mm.The results showed that the nacre thickness was the highest for 3 year-old mussel with the value of 1.68mm,and the lowest was in 5 year-old mussel with the value of 1.32 mm.The pearl formation rate and high-quality pearl percentage was the highest for 32mm×26mm nucleus with the value of 88.0%and 34.9%.The lowest pearl formation rate and high-quality pearl percentage existed for 44mm×26mm with the value of 71.0%and 25.9%,respectively.The nucleus used for blister pearl production for 2 year-old C.plicata with shell-length of 15~16 cm should be 32~36 mm in length,26mm in width and below 12 mm in thinness.
