摘 要:研究了加水量及加水方式对低钛型钒钛磁铁精粉烧结制粒行为的影响。研究结果表明:在其它条件一定的条件下,颗粒长大指数随着混合料水分的增加呈线性增加趋势;均匀性指数随着混合料水分的增加先增加后降低,混合料水分为7.5%,均匀性指数达到最大值0.6817,此时制粒小球的均匀程度最高;准颗粒小球的强度和热稳定性随着混合料水分的增加先增加后降低,最后趋于稳定,当混合料水分控制在7.0%~7.5%时,准颗粒小球的强度较高,当混合料水分为6.5%,抗热粉化指数最高为5.84;颗粒长大指数和均匀性指数随着一混配水比例的增大先升高后降低;随着一混配水比例的升高,破损指数呈现出降低的趋势,而热粉化指数随着一混配水比例的增加呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。综合考虑混合料配水量和一混加水比例对低钛型钒钛磁铁精粉制粒的影响,混合料水分应控制在7.0%,一混加水比例应控制在80%。Effects of water content and water adding methods on the granulation behavior of the low-titanium magnetite concentrate were investigated using micro-drum granulation equipment.The results show that with increasing of the water content,the granulation index(GI)increases linerly,and the uniformity index(UI)first increase and then decrease.When the water content is 7.5%,the UI reaches the maximum value of 0.6817.The strength and thermal stability of the quasi-particles first improves and then deteriorates with increasing of water content,and then the both granulation indexes tend to be stable.When the water content is between 7.0%and 7.5%,the strength of the quasi-particles is comparatively high.When the water content is 6.5%,the thermal stability of the quasi-particles is the best.With increasing of the water adding ratio in the first mix process,the GI and UI first increase and then decrease,but the damage index(DI)shows a downward trend,the thermal stability of quasi-particles shows a first increase and then decrease trend.Given the effects of water content and water adding method on the granulation behavior of the low-titanium magnetite concentrate,the water content and the water adding ratio in the first mix process should be controlled at about 7.0%and 80%,respectively.
