摘　　要：首秦公司为满足秦皇岛地区高环保水平的要求,高炉使用的焦炭全部为外部采购,雨季运输过程中会使焦炭的水分超过10%。文章研究了雨季焦炭中水分挥发的规律及不同粒度焦炭的水分,确定了合理和准确检验雨季外购焦炭中水分的方法。通过合理地组织和调配高炉生产,在雨季将入炉焦炭的水分稳定在高炉要求的水平,为高炉顺行、降低燃料比和节能降耗奠定了必要的基础。In order to meet the requirement of environmental protection high standard in Qinhuangdao province,the coking coal used in blast furnace of Shouqin corporation is all purchased externally.But,the coke moisture is more than 10%during the rainy season.In the paper,the method measuring the moisture content in the coke is determined reasonably and accurately,on the study of the evaporation rules of water in the coke and the moisture content of different diametric articles in the summer.Through organizing and deploying the blast furnace operation reasonably in the rainy season,moisture content of the charging coke is maintained steady during the required level of the blast furnace,which underpins the blast furnace performance improving,the fuel ratio reducing and the energy saving necessarily.
