摘　　要：烘烤炉是钢板涂层线重要的工艺段之一,不但影响最终产品质量,而且长期以来其能源消耗居高不下,约占据了机组能耗的70%。结合宝钢某彩涂线的节能改造实绩,对烘烤及焚烧炉的节能技术进行系统分析,为涂层烘烤炉的节能减排提供技术参考。Bake-out oven is one of the most important processes in steel strip color coating line.It not only affects the final quality of the product,but also cost a very high amount of energy for a long time.It takes about 70%of the line's total energy cost.The paper takes a systematic analysis of the energy-saving technology of bake-out oven and incinerator,based on the revamping application of Baosteel's certain color coating line.The paper offers a reference for the energy-saving work of bake-out oven and incinerator.
