摘  要:利用氧化镁在鼓泡反应器中进行了湿法烟气脱硫的实验研究。对其脱硫反应特性进行了单因素实验,分别考察了脱硫温度、氧化镁浓度、烟气中不同SO_2和O_2浓度对氧化镁湿法脱硫效率的影响。并对脱硫产物进行XRD和STA-MS分析。结果表明:不同实验条件下,脱硫浆液pH值大于6时,脱硫效率均达到100%。在40℃时其有效脱硫时间增加,脱硫效果最好;MgO的浓度越高,脱硫效果越好;烟气中SO_2浓度越高,有效脱硫时间越短;烟气中含有O_2时脱硫效果下降。脱硫浆液pH值在脱硫反应初期出现快速下降,随后下降较缓慢。烟气中未通入氧气时脱硫产物主要是水合MgSO_3和MgSO_4,通入氧气后脱硫产物主要是水合MgSO_4。The properties of magnesium oxide prepared from MgCO 3 was investigated and used for desulfurization of wet flue gas in a bubbling reactor.The effects of various parameters such as desulphurization temperature,concentration of magnesium oxide,different SO 2 concentration in flue gas,and O 2 concentration on desulphurization efficiency were studied.Desulfurization products were analyzed by XRD and TG-MS.The results showed that at pH values greater than 6,the desulfurization efficiency of magnesium oxide reached 100%under different experimental conditions.Desulfurization efficiency also increased at longer residence times at 40℃.Increasing the concentration of MgO also increased the desulfurization efficiency.At higher concentration of SO 2 in flue gas the reaction rate was higher.When O 2 was present in flue gas,the product was oxidized and the desulfurization efficiency decreased.The pH value of desulfurization solution decreased significantly at the beginning of reaction and then levelled out at later stages of reaction.The main desulfurization products were hydrated MgSO 3 and MgSO 4 without oxygen,and MgSO 4 with oxygen in the flue gas.
